TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL⬥ I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If I am unable to complete your commission, you will be informed and 50% of the payment will be given as refund. Latest progress of the commission will be given to the client.
⬥ Once the client themselves withdraws from the commission agreement during the process of the work or after the work is completed, strictly no refund will be given.
⬥ Do not claim, sell, or redistribute my work. My works is for personal or private use only. Any commercial purposes including merchandise production, distribution, resale, cryptocurrency, NFTs etc. are strictly prohibited unless discussed beforehand.
⬥** Neither the commissioner/client nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, or copy** from the finished product. No claiming the commission piece as your own despite it being a paid commission.
⬥ I maintain all and absolute rights to my works; includes publishing the works on my socials, portfolio purposes and art projects unless requested otherwise.
⬥ Be responsive to my updates on your commissioned piece and inquiries.
⬥ Commissioner or client can repost/use the piece with proper credits to my Twitter, @nexie_draws.

PRIVACY⬥ Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken.
⬥ Rest assured that the commissioner/client’s information in the transaction process will be kept confidential.

PAYMENT AND PROCESS⬥ All payments will be made via PayPal invoice or Kofi, in USD currency. Once commission details are processed and the price is established, full payment shall be forwarded to me before I start working on the piece. Additional fees added in the process will be paid before giving the commission work.
⬥ The **phases of the work **would be: sketch > line art > base color > shading > finishing > background (optional).
⬥ Maximum of 5 free tweaks and edits can be made during the sketching and lining phase of the commission; Please ask beforehand if there are any edits during these phases. Exceeding tweaks or when the work is beyond line art phase already will have an additional fee . | Tweak fee starts from 3 USD.
⬥ Previews of the initial sketches (for the approval and tweaking requests) and base colors will be sent to the client. _You may request if you want more WIPs to be sent to you.
⬥ Estimated commission’s completion will vary depending on the artwork’s type going from 1-2 weeks or a month. Deadlines (set under the weeks interluding the commission order) and rush orders will have an additional fee. | Rush fee starts from 10 USD._

COMMERCIAL USE⬥ Whenever a commission work is discussed to be used for a commercial use, there is a one-time commercial right fee of +80% of total price for any usage including but not limited to: virtual youtuber/twitch graphics, streaming, album or book covers, promotional artworks, game illustrations.⬥ For merchandise design, the fee would be +200% of the total price of the commission work.
